You pay for the volume we haul, not by the hour
Most cleanouts are quoted by the volume of material removed plus a flat labor charge. That's why we always do a free walkthrough first — it lets us give you a firm number rather than an hourly estimate that creeps upward.
If we find items of real value during the cleanout (antiques, collectibles, silver, jewelry), the appraised value is credited against the cleanout cost. In some estate jobs, the credit fully covers the bill.

Pricing FAQ
- Is the quote really free?
- Yes. On-site walkthroughs and written quotes are always free, with no obligation to book.
- Do you charge for items you can resell?
- No. If we identify items with resale or appraisal value, we credit you against the cleanout cost. We'll always show you what we're crediting before anything leaves the property.
- What about hazardous materials?
- We don't haul paints, solvents, asbestos, ammunition, medical waste, or pressurized tanks. If we encounter them, we'll set them aside and point you to the right disposal route.
- How fast can you get there?
- Same-day or next-day for most of Sussex, Morris, and northern NJ. Larger estate jobs we schedule within the week.
- Cash, check, or card?
- All three. We confirm method when we book the job.
