Our services
We provide junk removal, estate cleanout, and home liquidation services in northern New Jersey. Specific scope, schedule, and pricing for any project are agreed in writing or by phone before work begins. Verbal estimates are not binding until confirmed.
Quotes and payment
- Free, no-obligation quotes are provided in person or remotely.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise.
- Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking. Balances due are payable on completion of the work.
Items we handle
We handle most household goods, furniture, appliances, and general debris. We do not transport hazardous materials (paints, solvents, asbestos, medical waste, ammunition, or pressurized tanks). If hazardous items are discovered on site, we will set them aside and advise you on safe disposal.
Items of value
If we identify items that may have resale value during a cleanout, we will tell you before anything is removed. You decide what to keep, sell, donate, or discard. We may purchase items outright or sell them on consignment by mutual agreement.
Liability
We carry general liability insurance and exercise reasonable care while working on your property. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, items hidden from view, or losses resulting from circumstances outside our control.
Cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule a booked job up to 24 hours before the scheduled start at no cost. Late cancellations may incur a small fee to cover crew time.
Website use
Site content (text, photos, logo) is the property of Eaton's Estate Service. You may share or link to it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please ask before reproducing significant portions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
