Russ and his crew member, Chino provided us with amazing service! They were friendly, professional, reliable, hard working, and very trustworthy. In addition, they were very careful as they were moving large items out of the house to avoid nicking the walls. It was a daunting task, cleaning out a large finished basement filled with 50 years of accumulated stuff. My father recently died and left his home to myself and my siblings. Our realtor recommended Eaton's Estate Service for a greatly needed clean-out job. I called Russ Eaton, he returned my call quickly, we met for a clean-out estimate at my father's home a few days later. His rates were good and he was honest with his prices. Russ and his assistant worked two days cleaning out the home and garage, he even came on a Sunday, which helped with my schedule. Russ and his assistant were professional, friendly, punctual and thorough in cleaning out the home and garage. Moreover, the items that were salvageable he donated to the battered woman's shelter. My siblings and I were completely satisfied with his work and would recommend Eaton's Estate Service to anyone in need of a home clean-out.

I hired Eaton to remove furniture that I no longer wanted, they did an outstanding job on the removal as some pieces presented a challenge based on our floor plan. They were able to determine the best way to remove. It was impressive!! They were very respectful of the property and took great care. Very efficient and just as important they were a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Eaton's provided a great clean out service as I was preparing my house for sale. Russ showed up on time and did a thorough estimate in half an hour. We scheduled the work for two days the following week and he and his assistants cleaned out all the salable items and junk as I directed, leaving the house clean for a good sale. Update 5/27/2020 — I used the service again for a clean-out with the same first-rate results. I highly recommend this Estate/Clear-out service.
